January 2nd, 2007If your are using the WYSIWYG editor (text form with buttons for styling text) and you need to paste content in the text form on some systems the right mouse button does not function so you need to use the keyboard shortcut “ctrl V” control or the Apple key on macs.
Adding images

- Using Thumbnail image if you want to have a thumbnail of your image in your post o
- Using Original to use the original size of your image.
- Linked to Image making the thumbnail link to the origina so if clicked the original image opens on a new page,
- Send to Editor after making the above selections cliking this link and your image appears in the editor next to your text.
- Delete : to delete the image from the server
You can place the image to left right or center by using the buttons of the WYSIWEG editor after selecting the image in the text form.
Posts or Pages
December 29th, 2006While under the menu Write you have the submenus Post and Page so you have to select the right submenu depending on the content your are publishing.
the main difference is that Pages are static content like your contact information your about page your services etc.
In the Post submenu you publish the renewable content that can be divided into Categories like your regular updates in a news Category your special offers in a discount Category your whatever content in a info Category just use your imagination and the keywords that you use daily your business.
Publishing content
December 29th, 2006In order to publish new content on your website,weblog, blog you name it.
First you need to login to the administration interface, Usually the link is located under the title Meta or Site Admin at the end of the sidebar menu.
Once logged in you can edit old content that has already been published or write new content. Clicking on the menu Write will take you to the page with a text form where you can write or paste your content then clicking the button Publish et voila you have just updated your website with new content.
